Chispace operates under an ethical code of practice. You will never be charged hidden costs or fees. You will be provided with a contract that protects your interests, and will be given all the advice you need to make sure you have a positive experience in one of our homes. The vast majority of our tenants receive their deposit back in full…..and you will never be charged for bogus ‘professional’ cleaning or accidental damage.
